Mobile internet, where will it all end? .

You may not be running this virtual shop on the Tokyo subway, you may think it's a million miles from your humble B&B or hotel. But if you want to attract guests from other cultures you have to advertise in their domain, or should we say on their planet? Right now the mobile web is the fastest growing medium on planet Earth. Some days Google receive more search requests from mobile devices than conventional devices. Everyone expects that by the end of this year that will be the norm, not an odd day.

Search engine technology only shows websites that are mobile friendly in the results to mobile devices. So if you don't have a mobile website your website details can't show on over half the searches made. That's a massive disadvantage and not a position any sane business would wish to be in. We can upgrade your website and add online reservations from as little as EUR 200. We'll help you find your message and make your business stand out from the crowd. After all, everyone is getting on Google places and getting a mobile website designed - so you will need to stand out.

If you have a website but it's not mobile compatible or not producing results, we can sort that out for you, get in touch now.

Mobile website design.

Google have now "unofficially/officially" confirmed that the new Hummingbird search engine software is live and their main search software. The software is an amalgam of the original software plus Panda & Penguin algorithms.

The new software is known to contain AI (artificial intelligence) software and we will see significant differences in natural language search capability. Anyone that's met Google founder, Larry Page will tell you that his obsession is AI and we expect to see it become more and more important in the future.

Mobile friendly website detection.

Google sees mobile as a dominant trend, and believes that this will increase the demand for voice searching capabilities. Hummingbird contains capabilities to check websites for mobile device capability and is thought to be demoting sites in the mobile index that are not mobile friendly. We suspect that they are close to perfecting the algorithm that only returns mobile friendly sites to searches made from mobile devices and that we will see significant advances in this area very soon.
